Tullgrew was a female otter who was captured as a slave in Fort Marshank. The ringleaders of the slave rebellion, Hillgorse, Keyla and Barkjon, buried weapons underneath her straw cot for safekeeping. When Badrang the Tyrant, acting on Druwp's information, told her, Gurrad, and Hisk to dig under her cot, the weapons weren't there (Keyla had moved them). She later chased Felldoh when he was making his famous last stand, but it was of no avail.
