Cagalli Yula Athha (カガリ・ユラ・アスハ Kagari Yura Asuha?) is a character that appears in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny. Cagalli the adopted daughter of Uzumi Nara Athha, Chief Representative and "Lion" of Orb Union. She is also Kira Yamato's twin sister, although neither sibling was aware of this until the First Alliance-PLANT War. Cagalli's birth name is Cagalli Hibiki. She is also well known for piloting the MBF-02 Strike Rouge during the First and Second Alliance-PLANT Wars, though she would later pilot the ORB-01 Akatsuki, only once to fight against ZAFT in their invasion of Orb. She later gave it to Mu La Flaga.

With the invasion of Orb by the Earth Alliance, she escapes to space and resolves to bring an end to the war. in the final battle, she uses the Strike Rouge and helps Athrun Zala destroy GENESIS.
