Winchester, F.T., formally the Federal Territory but commonly referred to as Winchester, is the capital of the Republic of Eldorado. The city is located in the center of the country, along the Rio Verde river, between Montserrado County and Navasota County. Two of the three branches of the Federal Government are located in the capital, including the Eldorado Senate and the President. Winchester had an estimated population of 300 000 in 2012, making it the third most populous city in the country after Las Tapas and Stetson.
