Christopher To is an Executive Director of the Construction Industry Council Hong Kong. He is a seasoned mediator and arbitrator and was previously the Secretary-General of the Asian Domain Name Dispute Reslution Centre (2000-2008) and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre(1998-2008). Mr. TO was also the Chairman of the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation (2004 to 2008). Prior to that, he was the Manager Training and Qualifications at the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers(1997 to 1998). Mr. TO also worked as an Engineer (Avionics) and Purchasing Executive at Cathay Pacific Airways from 1991 to 1997. Mr. TO holds qualifications in computing, engineering and law from reputable institutions around the world, and is currently pursuing a PhD at Stirling University in the United Kingdom. In 2007, To was honoured as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He was also nominated by peers as one of the world's leading practitioners in Commercial Arbitration - The International Who's Who of Commercial Arbitrators. From 2001-2002, To was named Director of the Year by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
