| - Scheherazade (シェラザード Sherazaado) is a bonus character in Soulcalibur IV designed by guest artist Yutaka Izubuchi. Her weapon, named Alf Layla Wa Layla, is a rapier. The weapon's name comes from the Arabic name of One Thousand and One Nights, a collection of stories told by the original Scheherazade, a legendary Persian queen. Like all of the bonus characters, Scheherazade's moveset is recycled from one of the main character's; she uses the same moveset as Amy. What lies in her soul is Fervor.

This is mostly due to its pilot, the Caeli Knight Allen Schezar. Scherazade is not an Ispano design, nor does it posses a flight mode. But what it lacks in those areas, it easily makes up for with its agility and Allen's control and percision with its sword.

- Scheherazade is an anti-heroine from the fighting game, Soul Calibur IV. She is one of the few female bosses you have to fight in the game's story mode. Whenever you fight her, she always seemed to underestimate her opponents and continued acting arrogant even when she almost get's killed. Her origin is unclear but since she has pointy ears, she must live in some mystical village somewhere in a forest that was secluded from many people. That could possibly explain why she has social issues.

- The frame tale goes that every day Shahryar (Persian: شهريار or "king") would marry a new virgin, and the following morning he would send her to be beheaded. This was done in anger, having found out that his first wife was betraying him. He had killed three thousand such women by the time he was introduced to Scheherazade, the vizier's daughter. In Sir Richard F. Burton's translation of The Nights, Shahrazad was described in this way: The nucleus of these stories is formed by an old Persian book called Hezar-afsana or the "Thousand Myths" (Persian: هزارافسانه).
- Stabler heads to see terminal cancer patient Judson Tierney after a request from his parish's priest, and soon realizes that Tierney has a story that he is dying to tell but only wants to tell to his estranged daughter. With Benson keeping an eye on Tierney, Stabler looks into the man's past and learns that he was once involved in a series of unsolved bank robberies, and that he has been keeping a secret about his daughter for over twenty years. Its revealed that his daughter is not his daughter and that Mike Mollinax went to prison for a murder he committed 35 years prior and Tierney is telling the truth now as he wants Mollinax out. Even with Tierney's confession they run into trouble as Mollinax committed a murder in prison, but Elizabeth Donnelly comes up with a solution: have Mollinax
