Brian Duane Roberts is a Naval Officer who was responsible for downloading a file called Domino which was the Joint Chiefs's plan of events in case there was a biological, chemical or nuke attack on Israel. Upon learning of Roberts's involvement, newly appointed NCIS Director Leon Vance sent former NCIS/Mossad Liaison Officer, Ziva David so that she and her Mossad colleagues could get Roberts but unfortunately, they were too late as an explosion happened in a Morocco bar they were all in, leaving many including Ziva injured while also resulting in Roberts's death.
