Miasto to miało prawdopodobnie pojawiać się w Grand Theft Auto IV, lecz programiści zrezygnowali ostatecznie z tego pomysłu. Po raz pierwszy można o nim usłyszeć w GTA IV w programie I'm Rich, gdzie jest wymienione pośród innych miast, w których mieszkają bogaci ludzie. Zostaje również wspomniane na blogu Liberatedwoman.blogsnobs.org, gdzie jest napisane o Trencie, czyli jedynym znanym mieszkańcu The Carraways. W GTA IV: TLaD można usłyszeć o tym mieście podczas jednego z dialogów w misji Clean and Serene, gdzie wspomniane jest, że jeżdżą do niego członkowie The Lost Brotherhood, gdy jest ładna pogoda, by odpocząć od codzienności.
