Foamy describes her as more focused than Germaine. She has blonde hair, blue eyes and enormous breasts. As far as her large breasts are concerned, however, she seems to be unhappy at how big they are. This is shown in the episode "Reptile Crunch" where she is shown holding a magazine that is about breast reduction surgery. She has pink lips (probably lip stick) and wears a voluminous translucent pink dress. She seems to like Bono from U2, and becomes upset when Foamy insults him. She is not deaf, as Foamy imagines at first, but rather has very good focus. She laughs at Foamy's joke about nuts, whereas Germaine has never laughed at Foamy's humour before. She is attempting to break a world jump rope record, but seems unable to avoid being tangled when she attempts to do it at a fast pace. Mutie's last appearance was in "Hot Enough for Ya?" when, at the end of Foamy's rant, a giant tentacle emerges from the pool and pulls her into the water. where she most likely drowned. "Worst supporting character ever." -Foamy Mutie is briefly shown at the very end of "An Arthouse Halloween." Her first appearence since the reboot.
