Windsor Park is a council-built housing estate in the town of Musselburgh, East Lothian. It lies just over one mile from the Town Centre and approximately 8 miles East of Edinburgh City Centre. Construction of the estate began in the 1930s, but was predominantly carried out in the late 1940s and early 50s after being halted during World War II. The estate was built to re-house people living in slum tenemants in other parts of the town. The remaining properties are owned by East Lothian Council, and have undergone modernisation and refurbishment at various stages over the past 25 years.

Construction of the estate began in the 1930s, but was predominantly carried out in the late 1940s and early 50s after being halted during World War II. The estate was built to re-house people living in slum tenemants in other parts of the town. There are about 200 homes on the estate, consisting a mixture of semi-detached houses, terraces and four in a block flats. A children's play park lies at the centre of the estate and a network of footpaths provide access to back gardens, and shortcuts between the main streets. Extra gates, fencing and lighting have been erected around some of the paths in a bid to curb anti-social behaviour. A later block comprising eight flats and a bungalow, designed primarily for elderly people, was constructed on the estate in the 1990s. The housing at Windsor Park has always been popular, due to generous room sizes and in most cases large front and back gardens. Therefore many properties are now in private ownership through the right-to-buy scheme. The remaining properties are owned by East Lothian Council, and have undergone modernisation and refurbishment at various stages over the past 25 years.
