| - Scolipede was found as a Whirlipede causing trouble for some of the people in nearby village until Sakura captured her, and trained her to be a more reliable Pokémon. Now a Scolipede, she often partners up with Sasuke's Drapion.
Ability: Quick Feet. Known moves: Poison Sting, Bug Bite, Defense Curl, Poison Tail.
- Found as a Flabébé, Florges uses her appearance to fool her opponents before she attacks.
Ability: Flower Veil. Known moves: Flower Shield, Petal Blizzard, Light Screen, Double Team.
- Scizor is often used for aerial reconnaissance, and is quite fast for his species.
Ability: Swarm. Known moves: X-Scissor, Night Slash, Metal Claw, Steel Wing.
- Sakura's main Pokémon partner, ever since she was a small female Nidoran. Very much in love with Sasuke's Nidoking, and vice versa. As such, they are usually partnered up when in a tag-team battle.
Ability: Poison Point. Known moves: Leer, Venoshock, , Earthquake, Attract.
- Whereas Sasuke's Sneasel chose to evolve, Sakura's Sneasel chose not to in order to prove that she can still be a tough opponent. Along with Weavile, Sneasel is a master of moving around at night.
Ability: Keen Eye. Known moves: Fury Swipes, Icy Wind, Brick Break, Fling.
- Drapion has some of the strongest claws and tail amongst Sasuke's Pokémon team.
Ability: Battle Armor. Known moves: Toxic, Cross Poison, Fling, Poison Tail.
- First found as a Dome Fossil which Sakura revived as a Kabuto before she evolved into Kabutops. Sometimes a sparring partner for Scyther.
Ability: Swift Swim. Known moves: Harden, Night Slash, Ancient Power, Aqua Jet.
- Found as a shiny Froakie, Greninja uses his dark appearance to hide in the shadows before attacking.
Ability: Torrent. Known moves: Night Slash, Water Shuriken, Haze, Double Team.
- Sasuke's main Pokémon partner, ever since he was a small male Nidoran. Nidoking is very much in love with Sakura's Nidoqueen, and vice-versa. As such, Nidoueen is his usual tag-team partner.
Ability: Poison Point. Known moves: Leer, Venoshock, Earthquake, Iron Tail.
- Weavile is a master of moving around at night. Usually partners up with Sakura's Sneasel, who is equally powerful.
Ability: Pressure. Known moves: Night Slash, Icy Wind, Low Kick, Dark Pulse.
- Scyther is not to be underestimated in battle. Her blades are razor sharp and fast. Sometimes used as aerial recon along with Sasuke's Scizor.
Ability: Swarm. Known moves: X-Scissor, Swords Dance, Double Team, Fury Cutter.
- Found as a Claw Fossil and revived as an Anorith before evolving into Armadlo.
Ability: Battle Armor. Known moves: Giga Impact, X-Scissor, Aerial Ace, Slash.
