Often times, it is difficult to pin down an absolute description of the Director-General's disposition; it is her job as an Imperial Operative and leader to adapt her personality to whatever situation she finds herself in. During interrogation sessions, she is completely without mercy. She is cruel, callous, and often times dabbling just beyond the boundaries of mania; fear, pain, and anger projected onto her have a distorted effect on her emotional character. In short, her severity is fueled by such unrestrained responses to her over the top cross-examinations. When dealing with colleagues, her personality tends to lose its edge unless something has been done to spark her ire. When in the presence of others, at most, she is sarcastic, obsessive, incisive, brooding, and conniving; more so

When in the presence of others, at most, she is sarcastic, obsessive, incisive, brooding, and conniving; more so the last trait than the others. Every word, every action, made by others must be somehow twisted to her advantage. As is to be expected, she is very demanding of her agents; it is never acceptable for one such as she to be kept in the dark.Family Celcia was born to Syrene Verdelet on Coruscant, in the Imperial District. At the time she was born, her father had already soared through the ranks of Imperial Intelligence and was not even privy to her existence. She was raised solely by her mother, for the early part of her life, but displayed very little interest in her role as Syrene's offspring. Instead, she busied her time with studying Imperial law, perfecting the art of slicing, conquering an impressive array of martial arts, and familiarizing herself with modern weapons and armaments. Her self imposed busy schedule allowed for her mother to slip away freely, to complete whatever tasks it was she needed to do. It was not until roughly 8 ABY that Celcia, herself, discovered that her mother had been working for both the Republic and Imperial factions. She was shocked, hurt, but also impressed that her mother had been able to keep such a ruse going for so long; keeping such a big secret even from her indomitable father. Her mother was killed in what the Imperial's cataloged as an aerial attack. It was, however, the departure of the Executor II that led to her mother's untimely demise. Her father, despite having seen little of the woman for many years, never quite recovered from her loss. He forfeited his edge, handing down the Ubiqtorate leadership position to a temporary stand-in and retreating back to the position of a simple field agent. He still maintains an astonishing level of respect from those he works with in the Bastion facility and attempts to place himself as close to his daughter as he can get. Celcia, more often than not, seeks the company of a different person entirely. Marcus Rishar, who recovered her from the crumbling structure of her Coruscant based home all those years ago, was very much like a brother to her. She trusts him above all else.
