| History = Thomas Rizzo is a police scientist that graduated at the top of his class at the academy. After the death of his brother Daniel in the line of duty, Thomas dedicated himself to creating a robotic police officer, so that no further lives would be put in jeopardy. When his brother was killed, Internal Affairs suspected a dirty cop, and Daniel's partner at the time was the top suspect - Julius Anthony Rassitano aka "Mad Dog". Mad Dog was eventually cleared of all charges, but Thomas secretly held an unknowing hatred for him and other cops. When he created Officer ZERO, he linked it's learning circuits through a patch into his own cerebral cortex. This had the unfortunate side-effects of feeding his hatred of cops into the robot officer, who then proceeded to run wild. The only way to stop it, was to take his own life.

| Synopsis
| - Officer ZERO is created with the express intention of saving the lives of police officers. But he is getting a constant mental feed from his creator Thomas Rizzo, who harbors a secret hatred for cops because his brother Daniel was a cop killed in the line of duty, and Internal Affairs suspected a dirty cop, Daniel's partner at the time, Mad Dog. Elsewhere, Bobby Steele has kidnapped Kevin Masterson and is holed up in their bedroom. Eric summons Thunderstrike to free his son, but it just winds up being overkill, pushing his own son away from him.
