- The Ripper is a track in the BIOHAZARD 5 ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK album.
- The Ripper is a devastating monstrosity to bloonkind. It takes the appearence of a Blade Maelstrom, but has four swords connected to arms that stick out from the center. Replace the regular buzz saw symbol with crossed swords. The tower attacks by spinning around, for a certain amount of time, but has a delay between spins. Average spin time is 5 seconds, and pops one layer of bloon. Default delay is 8 seconds. Costs 600 on Medium. All upgrades are written as if it was Medium Difficulty.
- The Ripper appears as the beginning of Last Action Hero which depicts the climax of the movie Jack Slater 3 in which the Ripper holds a group of children hostage, including that of Jack Slater's son Andy. Ripper states that he wants revenge on Slater for putting him in jail for 10 years. Slater arrives and throws a false grande to his son which conceals a knife, and the Ripper is stabbed. The film goes out of focus by this point, and its later revealed the Ripper fell from the roof after being shot by Slater, however dragged his son with him to their deaths. This left an impact on Slater for years to come.
- The Ripper attacked a village and mortally wounded Sergeant Mazakon. However, Elspeth kept the village safe by continually singing - her song was so beautiful and holy that the demon was repelled by it. However, as the demon waited outside the village, Elspeth grew weak. Knowing that she could not continue much longer, Elspeth approached the Ripper in the hope that it would spare the village after attacking her. The Ripper attacked Elspeth but before her death Saradomin gave her the strength to sing one final, piercing note that shook to ash the demon's heart and saved the village.
