| - Shin Megami Tensei Pinball: Judgment takes place in the Devil Summoner setting, with the basics of a pinball game. However, elements such as demon summoning and fusion are also included. There are 70 demons included in the game, and these demons assist the player in scoring for higher marks. The player also begins the game with companion demons such as Pixie, Knocker, Nekomata and Angel. As with any pinball game, the game is over when all pinballs are lost. The player may continue the game with all demons retained.

There are 70 demons included in the game, and these demons assist the player in scoring for higher marks. The player also begins the game with companion demons such as Pixie, Knocker, Nekomata and Angel. The game starts with the player choosing between three alignments; Law, Neutral or Chaos. When the game starts, the players attempts to hit all "HIT Marks"; when this is done and all HIT marks are eliminated, the seal will be broken, unleashing a demon that the player has to defeat by targeting specific areas in the board. There are several elements affecting this process, such as the Moon Phase System that effects the flippers, and Magnetite used to defeat demons. When the demon is defeated, it will be included in the player's database where it could be summoned to assist the player. The player may also fuse demons in the Gouma-Den to create new demons. There is a probability of 1/256 where a strong demon can be achieved from fusion. As with any pinball game, the game is over when all pinballs are lost. The player may continue the game with all demons retained.
