To-Fu (Chinese: 豆腐 Pinyin: Dòufu) was a B.O.W. developed by Dr. Leo during his years in captivity. He created it by transferring the spinal cord of a puppy into a large block of tofu. He dressed it with a blue S.T.A.R.S. beret and armed it with a combat knife. After the bombing of Raccoon City freed Dr. Leo, To-Fu moved through the sewers ahead of him. It was attacked and bitten by a female zombie, but was successful in defeating her. Later on, it stood alongside Leo as he faced the Annihilator, which destroyed it.
