  • Action Points (eller AP) er en spill-mekanisme som styrer antallet ting en spiller kan gjøre under en omgang i en kamp (i Fallout og Fallout 2) eller i V.A.T.S. (i Fallout 3).
  • Action Points are the system used in the Valkyria Chronicles games to determine how far a unit is able to move in a given Command Point. All units have a set number of Action Points determined by their class, which usually undergoes a single increase as they level up. Units do not have to use all their AP during their current Action; however, if the Action is ended with AP remaining, they are lost rather than carried over to any subsequent Action that character makes in the same turn.
  • In Wasteland 2 Action Points are used during combat to perform actions like movement, attacking, reloading, and skills.
  • Action Points (AP) are used to determine how much you are able to do. The maximum amount of AP is 100, and all characters start with 100 when created. When your AP falls below zero, your character will collapse until they regain AP. You may undertake actions that cause you to fall below zero AP, yet this will leave you helpless for a longer period of time. Every hour, you will regain AP. The amount regained depends on your location.
  • Action points(AP) are points that you use for almost everything. You get 5AP per 10 minutes. In some other rounds there have been 10AP/10mins. The maximum amount of AP is 120. In chaos you receive 120AP per 10min.
  • Every time a character advances, he gains a number of action points equal to 5 + 1/2 his new character level. Some prestige classes might allow a faster rate of accrual, at the GM’s option.
  • In this chapter we will deal with action points. First, however, I should explain that action points are the points in the area where a character moves after spawning. At an action point it starts performing the various activities you’ve assigned it. Actions involve a set of various animations which will occur for a particular character at a particular place and time. As with spawn point, you can also select a template for action points. Click on the downward arrow located next to the action point icon: Choose Select new ActionPoint template from the menu: ActionParameters Section:
