  • Neil Arndale is a defender who came though the Rovers youth system, and is a former England Under-18 international. He went on to spend two full seasons with the Pirates, making two league starts and three appearances as sub, as well as starting one Football League Trophy game, all without scoring. He proved to be something of a bad luck charm, with Rovers losing four, drawing one and only winning one of the six games in which he played. He was loaned out to Clevedon Town during the 2003-04 season on work experience terms, and was released in the summer of 2004, when he joined Cirencester Town for two years.
