- Conscious refers to the state in which one has consciousness. Consciousness can be reached through the use of psychotropic substances. Psychotropic substances can be reached using the consciousness, especially when they are not placed on a shelf too high. Aspects of consciousness include euphoria, closed-eye visuals, working as a wage slave, and avoidance of the internet.
- The Conscious was a part of Angeror's soul. It is a sentient creature, and was one of the Objects of Chaotic Welfare. The Conscious was born when Angeror "transferred" it from his body to a human girl's body. The Conscious grew inside and emerged from her dead body. (RP: Revenge of the Alone Ones) The Conscious was then captured by The Assassin and put into a jar, when he mailed it to Torchwood. Torack Joblar opened the jar, but the Conscious was set free and escaped Torchwood by activating a small missile. The Conscious used the missile as a vessel, and was adrift in the sea for four years.

It then got found by the Sentient Squids. They planned to use it, knowing its true potential. But the Conscious later escaped from them, and finding a remote island. It devoured everyone in a mercenary camp, and evolved. It grew three heads, got as big as a human, grew limbs and a fraction of Angeror's power. But this event didn't go unheard. The Assassin and his crew set sail to hunt the Conscious. But they failed, as the Gielinor Defender Group and Torchwood beat them to it. After a fierce battle, Scorpio arrived and accompanied the Conscious. The Conscious took Bruce Brysworth as a hostage, but it and Scorpio were teleported to a laser cell (partly made of dragon alloy) and imprisoned by Torchwood. They are now permanent prisoners.
