| - Ashley Barker is an English actor who appeared in Emmerdale in two roles:
* Tony Vine in 1978.
* Pete Edwards in 1993. His other credits include The Bill, How We Used to Live and Crown Court.
- Ashley Barker played two roles in Coronation Street: in February 1981 he appeared in the small role of Terry, a thuggish lorry driver who caused trouble in Jim's Cafe when he groped Sandra Webb and in December 1998 he returned as the far more respectable Andrew Yorke, a hospital manager at Weatherfield General and Martin Platt's boss, the character appearing intermittently until March 1999. He has played a long series of parts since the mid-1970s including several different roles on Granada Television's Crown Court, Play for Today, Strangers, Threads, the sitcom Constant Hot Water which featured Patricia Phoenix in one of her last major roles, three separate parts in All Creatures Great and Small, Casualty, Lovejoy, Band of Gold and Hotel Babylon.
