The Peace at Home Council was the body that ruled the Central Majatran Union between the military coup d'état of 8 January 4103 and the 4104 elections. The Council consisted exclusively of military officials from January through October; after the rigged elections in October, 70 of its 130 members were civilian, and represented the Socialist Populist Party (SHP). It was headed by General Abdullah Hoca.
