All of those races came in 1967, when Harden finished 41st in points. He debuted at Riverside. Starting 27th in the field of forty-four, Harden completed most of the race and finished 13th. He was able to finish in the top-twenty three other times during the year, bested by an 11th at Trenton. But five DNFs hampered his efforts and Harden retired after the year.
