- "You Can't Always Get What You Want" is the fourth episode of the second season of One Tree Hill and the 26th produced episode of the series. It was broadcasted on October 12, 2004. Brooke's smug new neighbor quickly makes his presence felt among the Tree Hill gang, and even comes to Brooke's rescue when she is arrested for shoplifting. - "You Can't Always Get What You Want" is a song by The Rolling Stones released on their 1969 album Let It Bleed. Written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, it was named as the 100th greatest song of all time by Rolling Stone magazine in its 2004 list of the "500 Greatest Songs of All Time."
