Spreaders are a type of Spectre seen in Orpheus. They are found only in Spectral hives, and are capable of building and reshaping the hive walls using ghostly gauze. Using harvested ghosts, they soften the gauze with their touch and spread it over the walls of the hive, or reshape it into forms they need. They cannot build over powerful positive Artifacts, however, and usually must help work the hive away from or around these items. * Orpheus: Shades of Gray, p. 133
