The Jingoism Act is a fictional piece of legislation signed into law by President Joe Lawton and then renewed by Congress at his request sometime in 2008. The Jingoism Act will allow law enforcement agencies to begin spying on citizens. The law also requires citizens to speak well of America. During the Corner Kids drive back segment in TBoGT, Luis Fernando Lopez lectures Armando Torres and Henrique Bardas that because of the Jingoism Act that the government can spy on anyone they want and wire tap phones.
