Black Commander (ブラックコマンダー Burakku Komanda) is Shadow's transformation device to transfrom into Black Beet. Shadow shouting "Jakou!" became a formidable opponent to the other B-Fighters as Black Beet, whose armor was modeled after a Longhorn beetle. To prove his own existence, he tries to kill Takuya.

He uses the prototype plane to fight Nazis alone because he could not allow himself to be captured by the Allies until he proved he was innocent of his war crimes.
