- You make my heart beat faster than you know, when you meet me underneath the mistletoe, cause all I want for christmas is ak kiss, is a kiss, one kiss from you. All dressed up sweet as a candy cane, my angel brighter than the one on top of the tree ooo-ee, so sweet. But oooh-ooh, every single move, my eyes on you. Making it harder to sleep. But if I dont close mye eyes, santa can't bring to me, ooo-wooo-ooo.

- This is a simple user-contributed wishlist. Features listed here are not guarranteed to go into the next (or any) Scourge release. This is for inspiring the coders only, not for dictating to them. Be clear and concise and categorize it accordingly. If it's easy (or being worked on) put in near term, if it's not trivial but not going to kill Gabor, put in Long-term hopefuls, and put your dream features in the blue-sky dreams area.
- Your wish list, found on both your Profile page and on your Inventory page under Loot, is a place where you can identify up to three items that you'd like gifted to you by your Mafia members. It has to be loot that CAN be gifted, but there are a great number of items including consumable loot (such as Illegal Transaction Records, Blackmail Photos, etc.) required for certain jobs. You can "Publish your wish list" to your mafia as often as you'd like. This will appear on their news feed
- A Wishlist is fairly self-explanatory: a list of all the items a user wants to have or is questing. Prior the profile system's Wishlist, these were confined to graphics which were usually placed in user signatures. These custom Wishlists were purchasable in the Mini Shops forum. With the advent of the profile system came a new Wishlist feature, run by Rina. This enabled users to add items from the marketplace or the shops to their profile-viewable Wishlist with a few clicks. Many agree that this Wishlist application was inspired by the user-made graphics. W-wait a second, is that all there is?!

| - This page is dedicated to suggestions about improvements/new features that may be included into the next versions of the game. This is mostly a recap of what is suggested on the forums, let's try to maintain the two things synchronized. Some things to bear in mind before suggesting:
* Before adding your own suggestion check NOTTODO for stuff which won't ever be part of the game. This cannot be stressed enough, because most people tend to ignore the rules of the game's development while suggesting new features or changes to the existing ones. And this leads to drama.
* Remember that this list is NOT a chatroom. Don't EVER post in first person or add smilies to an entry.
* Also, go directly to the point. Don't add extra wording just so your entry looks cool. Avoid walls of text at all costs.
* To report problems in features already implemented, there is the "Bugs" page instead.
* Features requested here should be moved to the "Already implemented" section below when realized.
* When the next official OpenArena release, containing them, is released to the public, those lines should be moved to the Wishlist/Archive page.
* Rejected suggestions can be located at Wishlist/Rejected. Every rejected suggestion has another entry saying why it was rejected. This is in order to keep the page for viable ideas instead of entries contradicting each other.
* Ideas for new maps and characters have their own pages: Map Ideas and Character Ideas.
To know which items are giftable check your inventory and select the option Giftable. All Giftable items will be place first alphabetically. Also you can look up the item here on the Wiki and it will say if it's Giftable or Non-Giftable. And last but not least you can always check the Wishlist Adder to add Giftable items (you'll need a free space on your wishlist to add them). You can "Publish your wish list" to your mafia as often as you'd like. This will appear on their news feed When someone sends you a gift via your wish list, it automatically goes into your Inventory. However, you will also receive notification on your Mafia Wars homepage that someone has sent you a gift. When you click on that, you will see the gift(s) you received, and can have the option to "Gift Back" if you choose to.
* Note that you only can view the gifts received once. Therefore, if several people send you a gift, you will not be able to return to that page again to "gift back" to others once you navigate away. A suggestion is to click "gift back" in a way that opens a separate tab or page so you do not navigate away from the original page.

Be clear and concise and categorize it accordingly. If it's easy (or being worked on) put in near term, if it's not trivial but not going to kill Gabor, put in Long-term hopefuls, and put your dream features in the blue-sky dreams area. Discussion belongs in the Ideas & Feature Requests forum. If a wishlist item has more detail and can not be summarized in a line then create a forum thread, link to it, and elaborate there. You can also create an article for the item (categorize it "Wishlist"). lordtoran checks in here regularly and will report good ideas to Gabor on the #scourge IRC channel.

Many agree that this Wishlist application was inspired by the user-made graphics. The new Wishlist also appears on your Marketplace home page, and shows the price at which the item is selling. There is a slight downside to the wishlist: it can only be used for equipable items, housing items, aquarium items, fishing rods (not fish or bait), auto items and alchemy recipes & items (i.e. Philosopher's Cache, Alchemist's Case, all magical giftboxes, Enki's catch, and alchemized items). Alchemy components and game items cannot be put onto the wishlist. W-wait a second, is that all there is?!
