Brutes are encountered in Act I, specifically the Highlands areas of the act, and are the grunts of the Moon Clan. Armed with axes, they are averagely powerful and attack in close combat. If a Brute makes it to a Khazra Drum, he will make all nearby khazra more resilient and powerful, but slow them down significantly. Their Blood Clan equivalents are Goatman Maulers. Ice Clan Warriors are identical to Moon Clan ones, but have a slightly brighter coloring, and are encountered only in Ruins of Sescheron.
