thumb|300px|right|American Parkour precision jumping tutorial. A precision jump, or saut de précision in French, is a parkour technique that involves jumping from one small area to another small area. It is done using the whole body (arms, legs, core/torso, head) in careful coordination to maintain balance and movement. Precision Trainers are used to practice these and to build up skill in precision jumps. A precision trainer is most commonly made of wood, such as a 2x4 or metal.
