The Ogden Mustangs are the second Junior A ice hockey team based in Ogden, Utah. The first was the Ogden Blades, who played from 1993-1994 in the American Frontier Hockey League. As part of the Western States Hockey League (WSHL), the Mustangs compete with teams from across the western United States including teams in California, Colorado, Arizona, Wyoming, Idaho and Texas. The WSHL offers high-level, competitive hockey while promoting affordable family-friendly entertainment to participating communities.
