| - Amelie Legrand was born in Paris, France to a French/British father and a Spaniard mother. Her father was a high ranking ambassador for England and her mother was a very beautiful ballroom dance instructor, and is the second child in a family of five children. Amelie was raised in the Catholic faith, but in her teen and adult years would rather call herself spiritual than religious. In her early years, Amelie was educated in France, while in her teenage and college years she was educated in England. Later, she graduated with honors in political science. She became a candidate for the presidential elections of France shortly before the war, but did not win due to being 10 votes below her opponent. This would have made her the youngest president in history at the mere age of 39. When the Malastarian war came, she helped various women and children get to safety but she tragically lost her parents and youngest brother in the process. In the time of reconstruction, she became part of the Global Council and five years later she would become the High Councillor due to her political views and strong sense of reason and love. She married a French singer and had three daughters: Sophie Anne, Clemence Marie and Jeanette Eloise.
