Frederick "Fred" Thomas Baldock MBE (14 August 1892 – 1964) was a Labour Party politician active in Poplar. Born in Whitechapel, he was the son of Thomas Baldock, a tailor, and his wife Elizabeth. When the First World War broke out, Baldock enlisted in the Army Service Corps. He was a member of the London County Council representing for Poplar South 1937-49, and Poplar 1949-52.
