Yes, my cat could tell I was expecting my son, I know because she started behaving differently. She started to make messes as if she was a kitten, she'd poop on the floor, she'd also urinate on random places, even though she was seven years old then. She'd also meow at me very irritated and aggravated. I could tell she wasn't happy about it, but once the baby was born she was more calm and more understanding. Now my son is 3 and she is almost 11 years old, she is sometimes jealous still, but she's an angel. :)
