After the near destruction of Telos IV, and the abandonment of my installations, survivors of the battle turned to the mining tunnels that had once lead to the second demise of their planet. Among many installations and settlements abandoned was a Republic base in total disarray. This base held a dark, dark secret that not many knew about, nor cared to talk about. But all they cared for at the moment was a home in the halls of the old base, and the families of Ne'tra were relatively safe. Their clan leaders could not have wanted anything more for their people.

abstract
  • After the near destruction of Telos IV, and the abandonment of my installations, survivors of the battle turned to the mining tunnels that had once lead to the second demise of their planet. Among many installations and settlements abandoned was a Republic base in total disarray. This base held a dark, dark secret that not many knew about, nor cared to talk about. Mandalorian Clan Ne'tra, and their allies, came to Telos IV to seek out a home. After many planetary scans for facilities, settlements, and mines, one area came up as the perfect match. It could house them, their children, their allies, and seemed to have something under it, which at first they thought to be the lost Jedi Temple on Telos IV. Primary work was on a shield that could cover the area, and allow restoration efforts. This shielding was successful, with the massed amounts of credits allocated by Ne'tra and their allies, the land was terraformed, albeit slowly. With the land around them livable, and their air withing the shielded area breathable, the massive effort to then repair the derelict Republic base soon came to be. Slow and hard, with the constant work of hunters tracking and killing lifeforms that had since then overrun the halls of the base, the process was enduring and cost Ne'tra precious blood and credits. Though the base, in time, would start to come online, the first clinking of air conditioning units carried a cheer through the air. At last, they had a home. But as all stories, there was the twist of the ancient HK factory located beneath the base. Upon breaching that one door, Mandalorian and ally alike were stunned as they saw the immobile metal humanoids, sitting on production lines where they had stopped working. It took many more cycles for the Mandalorians to realize the extent of their discovery, and the many dangers and benefits this would bring to them. But all they cared for at the moment was a home in the halls of the old base, and the families of Ne'tra were relatively safe. Their clan leaders could not have wanted anything more for their people.
