Synopsis
| - When gangster Ace Farrow wards off Superboy with a Green Kryptonite flamethrower, the Boy of Steel uses a robot Superboy against him. Farrow manages to destroy a piece of the robot at each capture attempt, but finally captures him by using the three remaining pieces of the robot to hypnotize him.
- Superboy learns that a masked man named Professor X is actually two Professor Xes, and both are out to break speed records and win big bets crookedly.
- While guiding a plane to safety at Smallville Airport, Superboy recalls how, shortly after getting his costume, he first learned to fly correctly, causing some consternation from a pilot named Captain Burton who was unable to convince his superiors he saw a flying boy.
