Stoop is one of Dragon Lord's minions. He is a small and unimposing dragon, and seems to be very afraid of his master. He was ordered to steal the Sun Stone from the Palace of Power so Dragon Lord could use it to hatch the Golden Dragon. When Dragon Lord found himself wearing the Cursed Necklace and being attacked by the Golden Dragon, Stoop fled instead of helping him.

Stoop was described as having a fringe of brush-cut hair and eyes so pale as to be almost colourless, and was missing one of his arms below the elbow. His voice had a characteristic hoarseness and he smoked rustleaf. He was sworn to Togg.
- Stoop reduces incoming damage by 90% for a few seconds. When knocked back, the effect is nullified immediately.
