The Salvation Army Brass Band played at a carol/memorial service at the viaduct end of Coronation Street on Christmas Eve, 2010, less than one month after the tram crash had taken the lives of four people. The band played Silent Night; O Come, All ye Faithful and While Shepherds Watched Their Flocks. The Delph Band's conductor on-screen was Phil Goodwin.
