| - *Expert Knowledge of Sorcery: Billy was trained by Wanda Lehnsherr and Dr. Strange in wizardry. His sorcerer training has given him a set of powers separate from his mutant abilities, as well as honed his control over her existing mutant, energy abilities. Billy has a vast knowledge of sorcerous spells, extensive knowledge of mystical lore, and incantations invoking names and aspects of various extra-dimensional objects and beings of power. Through these incantations, as a magi, Billy is able to call upon these extra-dimensional power sources for very specific effects without taxing the personal abilities.
*Adept Improvisation: Though he usually has at least a few dozen specific spells prepared at any given moment, he is adept at improvisation and can readily modify his spells and energy powers to handle unpredictable situations. He often uses his magic and energy powers to assist in performing everyday tasks, especially if he is too busy or fatigued to do them the mundane way .
*Expert Combatant: Billy has also been trained in hand-to-hand combat.

| - *Perception Range: His range of charm-casting is limited by his line of sight.
*Physical Condition: His charms have a degree of unreliability, which is further affected by his physical condition: when well rested, in good health, and mentally and emotionally alert, Wiccan can cast numerous charm-spheres in rapid succession and attain desirable results for an hour.
*Overexertion: Despite his enhanced precision, his charms are not necessarily guaranteed to work, particularly if he had been straining himself or using his powers excessively.
*Uncontrolled Desire: Billy must be exceptionally careful about what he says and what he even thinks, as - though not out of his free will - his wishes could be brought to life through his magical projection ability.

| - *Energy Manipulation: Ability to psionically tap and manipulate various forms of energy. Wiccan can project radiation along the electromagnetic spectrum and even some exotic variants.
:*Energy Absorption: Wiccan can absorb energy into their body and use in many ways, such as by converting it into physical strength or using it to power energy blasts or discharges as waves or orbs of energy. He is able to absorb energies that he comes in contact with, such as kinetic energy, electrical energy, radiation, heat, etc.
:*Energy Amplification: Wiccan is able to amplify and possess massive amounts of energy within himself to unknown levels.
:*Energy Conversion: Billy can absorb and convert one form of energy into another form.
:*Energy Negation: Billy can negate energy, including dimming light, extinguishing fires, or negating force-fields.
:*Variable Energy Blasts: Wiccan can generate light, heat, force, and electricity and other forms of energy in the form of powerful blasts. He can generate these blasts from his hands as well as his eyes.
:*Energy Propulsion: Wiccan is able to fly and levitate others by creating an aura of energy which would levitate them. He is capable of interstellar flight. By tapping more energy, he is able to become increasingly fast, presumably sub-light.
:*Ergoportation: Billy is able to transform his body into pure energy allowing him to transport to anywhere
:*Solid Energy Constructs: Vulcan could solidify his energy into force-fields and other shapes. He can turn the energy into tools, objects, weapons and other items, create semi-living constructs and/or create structures/buildings of varying permanence.
:*Simulated Telekinesis: The effect of his energy constructs could be used to simulate a form of telekinesis by lifting and moving objects.
:*Energy Detection: Capable of detecting energy signatures from great distances when the power in question is potent. This included other mutants with energy powers usually at lesser ranges and starships at far greater rangers based on their star engines.
:*Energy Self-Sustenance: He is capable of taking certain forms of energy and using them as food or as a source for his powers. He may not need to eat or sleep if they have enough of a certain form of energy or are able to constantly absorb it. He also appears capable of breathing in space. Though this ability seems to be limited, as if he didn't rest or find power other then his own, his reserve will leave him seemingly scarce until he did.
:*Healing: Also shown capable of healing from seemingly mortal injuries by manipulating the energy his body is composed of. The full extent and speed of Wiccan's capacity to heal isn't known. He is also able to heal others.
*Energy Transmutation: Billy can transform all forms of matter into energy, and vice-versa, with the potential of effecting up to an entire city.
*Sorcery: Billy is also a living focal point for the earth's magic. His magical training with both Scarlet Witch and Dr. Strange is separate from his mutant ability of energy manipulation. But the mixture of the two makes him considerably more powerful than just using his mutant powers alone. He has a special affinity for the natural elements and materials that true witches utilize in their spells: the four alchemical elements, wood, organic substances, etc. His sorcery skill allow him to tap this universe's infinite store of ambient magical energy and manipulate these to a variety of effects. A skill derived from three major sources: personal powers of the mind/soul/body, powers gained by tapping the universe's ambient magical energy and employing it for specific effects and finally, powers gained through the tapping of extra-dimensional energy by invoking entities or objects of power existing in mystical dimensions tangential to his own. The latter means of power is usually gained by the recitation of incantations. He can cast spells for a variety of effects including the following:
:*Inherent Gift of Projection: Unlike his other magical abilities, Billy has a natural affinity for projection. Compared to other magic-wielders, this ability comes more easily and does not require any incantation or outside magical source. This gift allows its possessor to manipulate reality. As a supremely rare power, Projection is only developed by witches and magical creatures who are destined for very great things. Due to being able to accomplish much through this ability, he was capable of completing many magical feats without any proper training; however, this power was unwieldy due to being activated by any strong desires.
:*Psionic Abilities: astral projection, telepathy, illusions, hypnotism, memory manipulation, telekinesis
:*Elemental Abilities: elemental manipulation, weather control
:*Spatial Abilities: teleportation, dimensional travel, time manipulation
:*Physical Abilities: transmutation, conjuring of objects, size alteration, superhuman strength and durability, healing, flight

| - *Billy likes to shape his mutant energy into spheres around his hands when he uses his energy powers and refers to them as "charm-spheres" in honor of the Scarlet Witch's "hex-spheres." These spheres are imbued with some of his inherent magic as well.
*Billy, unlike Earth-616, is sexual instead of gay. He uses both terms bi and pan. He originally identified as bi; however, after he fell for Hulkling in all of their gender expressions, he began to identify as pan believing bi to be cissexist. Yet with time, he found that there wasn't a great divide between the two labels. Either label can be sexually or romantically attracted to any gender depending on the definition used. He cares about both sexuality and gender identity activism. Additionally, he does not find every gender as equally as attractive romantically or sexually. He finds different physical and personality traits attractive an individual depending on their gender identities, and that's okay. Each person's sexuality is unique. He now uses bi as his default sexual identity.
:*Billy in his young adulthood is still discerning whether or not he may be polyamorous
*Billy's adoptive parents raised him as a Conservative Jew.
*Billy is a large fan of the former TV series, Charmed. This is reflected in his typical energy projections which appear to be a mix of the orbing effect and star-light/constellations.
