Paul Antony Negretti (26 April 1912 - 31 March 2000) was a businessman and local politician in Westminster. Born in Hampstead, he was educate at Oundle School. During the Second World War he held a commission in the Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment), reaching the rank of major. He held a number of directorships in engineering companies. In 1943 he married Audrey Elsie Townsend, only daughter of sir Grey Humlierston d'Estoteville Skipwith, 11th Baronet. A member of Westminster City Council, he served as Mayor of Westminster in 1962-63.
