Larch House was a 5 storey block of flats overlooking Clyde Street on the Edward Street Estate in Deptford, London. Construction began in 1945 and was completed in 1947, making it the first, along with the adjacent Beech House, block of flats to be built by Deptford Council after World War II. The deck-access block contained 30 flats. During the regeneration of the estate and the adjacent Evelyn Estate in the late 1990s, the block was demolished to make way for low-rise terraced housing.
