Some of this text (Fragment 107 07, Fragment_108_02 and Fragment_109_01) can also be found in Memon & Larsen (2007), a joint publication of Nm and the thesis supervisor. * Similarly Nm/Fragment_026_04 can be found in three place: the thesis of Nm, a publication of Nm and his thesis supervisor Memon & Larsen (2007) and also in what probably is the original source: Koschade (2005) * Nm/Fragment_101_20 can be found in the thesis, in the original source Koschützki et al. (2005) as well as Memon, Larsen, Hicks & Harkiolakis (2008) and Memon, Hicks & Larsen (2007). Henrik Legind Larsen is the thesis supervisor and David L.
