- en:Flaahgra Flaahgra ist der vierte Boss aus Metroid Prime. Flaahgra ist eine durch Phazon mutierte Pflanze, die im Sonnenhof der Ruinen der Chozo lebt. Der untere Teil ist eine große grüne Blume mit roten Blättern, die immer eine geschlossene Blüte bilden. Bei Gefahr und bei genug Sonnenbestrahlung öffnet sich die Blume. Dies passiert auch, als Samus den Raum betritt. Flaahgra steigt dann aus der Blume heraus. Ist die Giftpflanze besiegt, so werden die Gewässer auf Tallon IV wieder rein sein, sodass ihr nicht mehr durch giftiges Wasser Schaden erleidet.
- Flaahgra is a boss creature in the Nintendo GameCube hit Metroid Prime. Before being defeated by Samus Aran, he rested on Tallon IV, and was mutated by the effects of the powerful Phazon. The Phazon caused it to rapidly grow, and obtains it's needed energy through photosynthesis, like most plants. It's a rather early boss in the game, though none-the-less one of the most memorable and biggest bosses in the game. Once you defeat Flaahgra, you'll obtain the required Varia Suit.

This exposure has made Flaahgra's outer shell thick and durable. Concentrated weapon fire can daze it for short periods, but its lower root system is unprotected and vulnerable, however. Daher benötigt es nahezu konstante Sonnenbestrahlung, um aktiv bleiben zu können. Durch diese Bestrahlung wurde Flaahgras äußere Schale massiv und sehr widerstandsfähig. Sein Wurzelwerk ist jedoch ungeschützt und empfindlich. Nutze diese Schwachstelle, falls möglich. Gezielter Beschuss kann es für kurze Zeit außer Gefecht setzen.
