There is a haunted house about which it is rumored that every night a bloody head falls down the chimney. So nobody stays the night there. However, a rich man offers two hundred dollars to whoever stays for a whole night. A boy takes up the offer and brings his dog with him to the house. When they arrive, the boy starts a fire and sits and waits for any activity. At about midnight he hears a voice sing a very calm sad line "Me tie dough-ty walker." and his dog responds to it saying "Lynchee kinchy colly molly dingo dingo.". The boy gets very scared when he hears the voice and hears his dog talking. Then he hears the voice again and the dog responds again. He hears it one more time and his dog responds in the same way. This goes on and on but gets louder every time. Then, a bloody head roll
