Unlikely. Noah and Cody's kiss in The Big Sleep was more or less for comedic value and there has been little to no interaction between the two since then. Furthermore, if you add that the fact that this show is aimed for tweens, and gay people don't exist in television until atleast you're sixteen of age, it's highly unlikely that the two are in a relationship. That being said, neither of the two boys do have a meaningful relation with another girl, and there is no doubt that the creators of Total Drama Island took noticed of the most popular same-sex couple. As of the latest TDA Aftermath, there hasn't been any real hints to try and lead the fans away from believing the two could not be a couple (Aside from Noah looking smuggly at Cody when he holds up Gwen's bra, which may be hinting at
