Before building the bridge to the upper section, where the entrance is, you should get rid of the Withering Blowhog in the area. The Empress Bulblax is slightly different than the one in Hole of Beasts.

Blue Pikmin and Purple Pikmin are recommended for this area, but other types must be used as well.
