Harel () is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located near Latrun with an area of 12,000 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Yehuda Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 162. The village was established in 1948 and was named after the Harel Brigade of the Palmach. The founders were mostly demobilised Palmach soldiers, as well as a few immigrants from Poland and Hungary.
