Giritlian is an active member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA), the American Cinema Editors (A.C.E.), the Motion Picture Editors Guild, and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. He has been making films since 1968, and has received numerous awards and citations. Jimmy recently completed his assignment editing 3-years of the CBS-TV series Crminal Minds and Mark Gordon Films. In addition th his work as a producer on QL, Jimmy also has served as a producer for the CBS-TV series Tequila & Bonetti and the FOX series 21 Jump Street. His credits as a story editor include an episode of MTV's Celebrity Fit Club, A&E's Beyond Scared reality series, Sarah Palin's Alaska reality series, Criminal Minds, the NBC-TV series SeaQuest 2032, FOX's Melrose Place, and ABC-TV's Hardcastle & McCormick.
