Simon Belmont is a pretty high jumper.... With his first jump. Due to the great height of the first jump, the second leap is pretty poor. Usually due to the fact that you can recover with one good jump. He is pretty below average in attack power and defense, but is above average in speed. He could be described as a "middle-lightweight" character. He falls pretty quickly, so use that jump whilst you can!

Simon Belmont primarily uses his tools from the Castlevania games to attack, his whip, the Vampire Killer, being his favorite tool. He very rarely uses his arms or legs to attack, so this actually give Simon some of the best range in the game, only behind Mega Man. One flaw that Simon has is that his forward and back throws leave him open for attack, and his physical attacks are weak. But Simon is one character in Smash Bros who is more deserving than Snake (SHOTS FIRED).
