| - The Baltic republics get independence in 1990. Though they become allies of Russia with pro-Russian governments and never get into the EU, Russians in the Baltics are repatriated to Russia by agreements between Zhirinovskiy and Edgar Savisaar, first president of the Republic of Estonia for the Centrist Party, which was seen as a balance option between the pro-Europeans and the pro-soviets. The rest of the republics mobilize for staying in the still alive union with referenda sanctioned by Gorbachev and the CPSU. The policy of the Mladorrosii (Tsar and the Soviets, with Maria Vladimirovna acting as Tsarina and therefore as Head of State, and Zhirinovskiy as life-head of government and workers control of all the production means) is the official ideology of the country and the Mladorossii are incorporated into the National Party, which changes its name to "Russian New Union of Fascists" The New Government starts to apply on the country rightist policies, such as forbidding contraception, banning homosexuality though not punishing or discriminating it), and a natality program, the reintroduction of the death penalty abolished by Gorbachev is discussed, but ultimately is rejected in a union wide referendum by a margin of 65%. The new form of the State and Government is immediately recognized by western governments, hoping that it can bring stability to the former USSR. Though kinda authoritarian, the state has the support of the people due to its socialist and protective policies combined with its strong traditionalist social values. Relationships with the west While the UK was very cautious in relation to any official position of the Foreign Office about the events in Russia until a new government was proclaimed the USA was immediately supportive of the new government, recognizing it as the sole legitimate Authority of the Soviet Union. Russia became responsible for the success of Madrid and Oslo peace agreements, due to the KGB (still named as that) unfolded the intention of radical Jewish nationalists to assassinate Yitzhak Ravin and of Russia becoming the largest donor of help for the recently established Palestinian Republic within the 1967 borders and the main world power which, after the end of the 67-year conflict, proposed that the solution of two states for two peoples should be implemented with each state being bi-national (that is, Israel is the Jewish state and recognizes the right of the Arab Palestinian minority there, linguistical, cultural, and religious, while the Palestinian Republic applied the same principle regarding Arabs and the Jewish minority which previously was part of the state of Israel. The Circassian villages of Northern Israel became part of Russia as the "черкесий край" (Circassian Territory) as Federal Subject of the Russian Soviet Empire, that was proposed by the Tsarina Maria Vladimirovna during a meeting with IKN (имперский комитет народам)-in English, Imperial Committee of Nations- saying "Circassians are alive, flourishing, and well in the state of Israel, that country has become part of them, so as asking sorry for the genocide we could ask them to incorporate themselves to our country as an spiritual and national return to their Fatherland in the land in which they now live while maintaining the rights they actually enjoy. In Eastern Europe, the Empire was the responsible of the reunification between Moldova and Romania in exchange for the cession of Transnistria and Gagauzia to Russia. Nationality Policies:
