It is named after Willie Horton, an infamous prisoner from Massachusetts. Uncle Ruckus has a part-time job as a guard here. Horton Prison is filled with many violent felons who regularly commit anal rape and sodomy on each other. The most fearsome of the inmates, the Booty Warrior, once started a prison riot in which the guards and visitors were taken hostage, though all he wanted was another opportunity to rape someone. The riot ended after the inmates realized that the hostages had escaped under their noses.
