Dunchurch House was a 13 storey tower block on Sherlock Street on the St Luke's estate in the Highgate area of inner city Birmingham. Plans for the block were approved in 1968 and it was completed in 1969 by DL using the Fram construction method. It was 38 metres tall and contained 50 flats. It was demolished in 2010.
